    I ordered a saddle that turned out to be out of stock. A Horse Saddle Shop associate contacted me and informed me of this, and told me that Circle Y would assemble a new saddle for me, but it would not be delivered for another month. The associate also offered to send me a similar saddle if I didn't want to wait for the new Circle Y saddle. I informed the associate that I would be willing to wait for the new Circle Y saddle. The saddle arrived the next month and is beautiful! I had received a discount when I originally ordered the saddle, and the discount was still included in the invoice in spite of the delivery delay. I would highly recommend the Horse Saddle Shop for your saddle needs!

    The team at Horse Saddle Shop where great. I was struggling with the proper seat size, due to my own denial, finally finding one I liked I ordered it. It arrived damaged and it was an immediate response on sending it back and making things right. Super happy with the saddle I have now that I got through them.     Everyone (Josh was my go to) at the Horse Saddle Shop go above and beyond trying to please their customer! After ordering several saddles, we finally found one that works! It was an extra wide Cashel trail saddle, I am not personally crazy about the padded seat, but it works on the horse. Thanks HSS👍🏻🐴💕
